Breakfast Oatmeal and frozen berries. Lunch Left over lamb stew Dinner Chicken and steamed veggies and baked sweet potatoes Snacks/Sweets/Drinks Seltzer, juice, coconut water & milk. Nuts, dried & fresh fruit
Breakfast Fruit and veggie smoothie (mine will include some placenta everyone else will be having plain. Lunch Tuna and onion sandwiches with raw veggies Dinner Lamb stew to finish up the left overs. Snacks/Sweets/Drinks Coconut water, milk, yogurt pops.
